RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Flat rate shipping fee of $18.99 for fishing rods within the lower 48 States.

  • Flat rate shipping of $9.99 for apparel within the lower 48 States.

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over $500 within the lower 48 States.

  • Contact Us: If you believe your fishing rod is eligible for a return or warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@vlinefishing.com to initiate the process. Be sure to provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or documentation, such as photos of the issue or proof of purchase, to assess the eligibility of your return or warranty claim.

  • Return Authorization: If your return or warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product to us.

  • Return Shipment: Please securely package the fishing rod, including all original accessories and packaging, and ship it to the address provided with the RA number clearly marked on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

  • Evaluation and Resolution: Once we receive your returned fishing rod, our technicians will evaluate the product to determine if it qualifies for a refund, replacement, or repair under our warranty policy. We will notify you of the outcome and any further steps that may be required.

​Exclusions and Limitations

  • Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, lost or stolen products, or damage resulting from improper storage or transportation.

  • Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser and may require proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation.
